PAPER PUBLICATION PROCESS

HPIRR Journal welcomes research papers from the fields of Engineering, Science, Technology, Management, Arts, Humanities, Commerce, and other multidisciplinary research areas in the form of review papers, original research articles, theses, case studies, and scholarly manuscripts.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial review process within 24 hours of submission. Accepted papers are published online within 4 hours after receiving the publication fee and completed copyright agreement form.

PROCESS OF PAPER PUBLICATION

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors should submit their manuscript in MS Word format through the submission link available on the journal website or via email at hpirrjournal@gmail.com.

2. Manuscript Identification and Initial Screening

Upon successful submission, a unique Paper ID will be generated and shared with the corresponding author. The manuscript will then be forwarded to the Editorial Board for preliminary screening.

3. Peer Review Process

If the manuscript successfully passes the initial screening, it will be assigned to expert reviewers for peer review. Based on the reviewer's evaluation, the manuscript may be:

• Accepted for publication

• Returned for revision and resubmission

• Rejected

4. Acceptance Notification

Authors of accepted manuscripts will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from HPIRR Journal.

5. Copyright Agreement and Publication Fee

Authors are required to submit the signed copyright agreement form along with proof of publication fee payment within the stipulated time period.

6. Online Publication

Upon completion of all publication formalities, the manuscript will be published online in the respective volume and issue of HPIRR Journal. Authors will receive:

• Publication Certificate

• Published Article Link

• E-Certificate of Publication

ARTICLE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

Manuscripts that have been submitted or accepted for review but not formally published may be withdrawn by HPIRR Journal if they violate publication ethics or journal policies, including but not limited to:

• Plagiarism

• Multiple or duplicate submissions

• False claims of authorship

• Fabrication or falsification of data

• Unauthorized use of intellectual property

HPIRR Journal discourages unnecessary manuscript withdrawals, as they consume valuable time and effort of reviewers, editors, and editorial staff.

Publication Ethics and Refund Policy

1. Authors are requested to remain patient throughout the review process. Manuscripts are typically reviewed within 24 hours and published within 4 hours after receipt of publication fees and copyright forms.

2. Authors may withdraw their manuscript without any withdrawal charges if the request is made within 4 hours of submission or before the manuscript enters the review process.

3. Withdrawal of a manuscript solely because it has been accepted by another journal is considered unethical and is strongly discouraged.

4. Authors must carefully verify all data, references, and facts before manuscript submission.

5. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all information presented in the manuscript is accurate and free from errors.

6. All authors, including corresponding and co-authors, must confirm authorship order, contribution, and approval of the manuscript prior to submission.

7. Corrections or modifications after online publication are generally not permitted. Any approved corrections may require additional processing charges.

8. Manuscripts cannot be withdrawn after completion of the peer review process or after publication. Publication fees paid in such cases are non-refundable.

9. Publication fees are determined based on author affiliation. Manuscripts containing international affiliations may be subject to international publication charges.

10. HPIRR Journal will issue an official Manuscript Withdrawal Letter whenever a withdrawal request is approved.

11. Submitted research should be relevant to the academic discipline or professional expertise of the author(s). HPIRR Journal reserves the right to reject or withdraw manuscripts if significant discrepancies are identified.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

The Copyright Policy of HPIRR Journal outlines the rights and responsibilities of both authors and the journal regarding the use and distribution of published work.

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors are required to submit a copyright agreement and publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).

Under this agreement:

• Authors retain full ownership of the copyright of their work.

• Readers and researchers may reuse, download, print, archive, and distribute the article provided that proper citation and acknowledgment are given to the original authors and HPIRR Journal.

• The policy ensures maximum visibility, accessibility, and dissemination of published research.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

• Reuse ideas, data, and findings in future research work.

• Reproduce copies of the article for academic, teaching, and training purposes.

• Use the published version of the article in conferences, seminars, and presentations.

• Grant permission to others to reproduce figures, tables, and illustrations from the article.

Rights Granted to HPIRR Journal

Authors grant HPIRR Journal the right to:

• Reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and translate the manuscript.

• Adapt and create derivative works based on the article when necessary.

• Publish and distribute the article in all current and future media formats and technologies.

• Enforce copyright protection on behalf of the authors when required.

AUTHOR WARRANTIES AND DECLARATIONS

By submitting a manuscript to HPIRR Journal, authors acknowledge and confirm that:

• The submitted work is original and created by the authors.

• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.

• All information, data, and materials obtained from third parties have been properly cited.

• Necessary permissions have been obtained for all copyrighted material used in the manuscript.

• The study does not contain plagiarized, fabricated, or manipulated content.

• Authors bear full responsibility for any copyright infringement, plagiarism, or unethical publication practices.

• Merely rewriting existing content or changing the title of previously published work does not constitute original research and may lead to rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
